About Me
My name is Kayla Kerr, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to empowering women to reach their health and fitness goals. As a Pre/Post-Natal Specialist and Group Fitness Coach, I provide tailored support for every stage of a woman’s fitness journey. I hold a two-year diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, where I gained in-depth knowledge in exercise science, anatomy and physiology, nutrition, injury prevention, cardiovascular training, and resistance training.
I am passionate about helping women become the most confident, strong, and healthy version of themselves. My approach is supportive, personalized, and designed to guide you every step of the way—whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey, getting back into routine, or pushing toward new goals. Together, we’ll build not just physical strength, but the confidence and energy to thrive in all areas of life.
